Ingredients
- 4 nopales chopped and cooked
- 4 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 2 potatoes, boiled and cubed
- vegetable oil as needed
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- SAUTE the tomato, tomatoes, onion, garlic and chiles in a pan with oil.
- MIX in blender and add to saucepan. Add the nopales and potatoes.
- SEASON with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
